No long-term contract on monthly plans. One-year and three-year prepayment terms are available if you would prefer the discount, but they are entirely optional.
The one exception is our Starter plan, where the four included onboarding hours come with a three-month commitment — and even that is your choice. Take Starter month-to-month without the commitment and the plan stays month-to-month; you can buy migration help at our hourly rate if you want it.
