We build the server and install the core services — that is your plan, not an extra.
From there, your first four hours of migration and configuration work are included, in your first month. That covers:
- Moving your existing site, database and files onto the server
- The application configuration needed to complete that move — settings, environment variables, connection strings, cron and queue jobs
- DNS cutover
- Domain and TLS setup beyond what is issued automatically
- Choosing and tuning the firewall rules that protect your admin paths
- Setting up staging, on plans that include it
- A handover walkthrough with your technical contact
That list is complete — anything outside it is quoted separately, and is not drawn from your four hours even if hours remain.
We scope it with you up front and deliver it as booked working sessions rather than ad-hoc requests, so you get four hours of real progress rather than four hours spread thin. The hours do not roll over. Anything past them is $175/hour, quoted before it starts.
On our Starter plan the four hours come with a three-month commitment — entirely your choice, and the plan stays month-to-month if you would rather not.
